Rachel Davis played by Jojo7784

Age: 18

Rachel grew up in Tree Hill before moving away after 6th grade because of extensive bullying, by the one and only Presley Bell. She returned just in time for senior year and is not the same person she was in 6th grade. Rachel became popular at her old school and it easily carries over to Tree Hill, which may cause some riff between her and Presley. Her dad was killed when she was 11 in a serious car crash and mother is a recovering alcoholic. She enjoys picking on the nerds/unpopular kids and enjoys making their life a living hell like kids once did to her. Rachel is curious to see how things go when she finally confronts her bully.

Cameron has very strict parents who like to control his every move to the point where he does not think he can handle it anymore. He secretly sent an application to an art school not even caring what his parents might say. Cameron just wants to be out of his parents control. He can't make his own decisions, like who he can go out with. His parents always turn down any guy he likes. They want him to be like him, but he just does not belong in a group with people like his parents.

Casper Dillion played by RyanAndrews

Casper and his family don't have it easy. But he tries to be the man of the house. His sisters and mother are his only motivation in life. While his father left them with nothing, just one morning vanished, but a note saying he fled, afraid for the family's future. Nor did he have it easy at his old high school. He got bullied and no one accepted him, but he's hoping this will change at Tree Hill. His family moved over here over the summer and he seems to be fitting in better than his old high school. He saw Star Wars when he was just a child and he became obsessed with it, which was partially the reason he was bullied at his old school. He is afraid if he reverts back to who he was, his life will change. Casper just wants to just restart his entire life.
