Date: Friday, October 7th, 2016 (4 weeks later...)
Weather: 75 degrees with a low of 60 degrees, scattered showers throughout the weekend
"Make it a sweet, sweet goodbye, it could be for the last time and it's not right."
Amber Clark is just a normal girl. She is a sophomore at Tree Hill High and is on the JV cheerleading squad. Her grades are good and she has many friends, well had. That all changed when her family's company went under and her family's wealth was no longer. She began to lose all her friends, her boyfriend and the respect from the girls on the squad. She had lost this identity that she built up for herself.
These cliques weren't bringing people together...it was just causing more issues that we never knew to be true. Why did they exist? What did it matter anyway? Once we left this school they wouldn't matter.
The football team was in the play-offs and even the pride we felt as a school couldn't hide some of the darkness some of us were feeling.
We would soon learn the consequences of how we treated people and it would change us forever.
